OBAMA'S HUGE CROWDS

Once again the media is unable to get a story straight, so I turn to those of you who still think it matters (I do!) The media has been reporting that 200,000 Berliners flocked to hear Barack Obama.  The photo is on the front page of the Washington Post and many other papers. They neglected to mention that he followed a free concert by 2 VERY popular groups.  This is exactly what happened when the media reported 75,000 voters who flocked to see Obama in Portland a few months ago -- when in fact, his speech there was also attached to a free rock concert.

The corporate pressure and the ratings terror are intensifying all the time, and the situation is not simple. I find myself in the last bastion of male dominance, and realizing what Hillary Clinton might have realized not long ago: that sexism in the American society is more common than racism, and certainly more acceptable or forgivable. In any case, I think my post and Hillary's race are important steps in the right direction."
